Refund Policy — PteroCore

PteroCore provides game server hosting services. Payments are made using credits:

• Users must first purchase credits from PteroCore.
• Credits are then used to pay for hosting plans.

Refunds are offered within 14 days of the hosting purchase. Processing of approved refunds typically takes 5–7 business days. Refunds are granted in full or partial, subject to eligibility criteria.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the hosting purchase.
• You must provide your Payment ID and reason for the refund.
• More than 180 days must have passed since the initiation of the last refund for any other hosting plan purchased by the same user.
• Refunds will only be rejected if the user has violated our Terms of Service.

Partial refunds are available and are calculated based on the usage of the hosting service.

• Original Payment Method – the funds are returned to the same method used to purchase credits.
• PteroCore Credits – the equivalent amount is returned as credits to your account for future hosting purchases.

  • Include your Payment ID and reason for the refund.
  • Specify whether you want the refund issued to the original payment method or as PteroCore credits.

Incomplete requests or missing refund method preference may be delayed or denied.

• Purchases made outside the 14-day refund window.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.
• Abuse of the refund system, such as multiple consecutive refunds beyond policy limits.

All other hosting purchases are eligible for a full or partial refund, either to the original payment method or as credits.

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as credits, based on your request.
• Bank or payment processor delays are beyond our control.

• Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting PteroCore first may lead to termination of your account and services.
• It may affect your eligibility for future refunds.
• It can result in account closure if abuse is detected.

We encourage contacting support first to resolve any issues.

PteroCore reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
